Room with great views - max. 3 month let, bills in

**Please note that I am only looking to rent the room until early or mid January for now.**

Looking for a friendly flatmate with no fear of heights for a room in an iconic skyscraper 2 minutes walk from the tube.

The flat has a central location (Zone 1) with cultural venues, supermarkets, independent shops nearby. Many new bars and restaurants opened up recently in the area, besides other existing unpretentious eateries.

Lots of buses and a Santander bike docking station right in front of the house.

The building is secure with a 24 hour reception desk and lockers for packages.

The room comes with a huge built-in wardrobe and a king size bed with mattress (plus a bedside table, optionally).

There is a washing machine, dishwasher, soda maker, air fryer, etc. However, there is no TV.

I am sociable, easy going and enjoy music and dancing - to the likes of dancehall, soca, afrobeats and dubstep. I visit lots of art venues and spend a fair amount of time out and about with friends and volunteering. I work from home most days, from my room.

I am looking for a flatmate who is relaxed, open minded and outgoing. Who does not mind music and friends around the flat from time to time. I also have friends and family from abroad visiting once in a while for a few days. I am keen to find someone, who is interested in spending some time together also vs. just living next door to each other. And someone, who is happy to keep the common areas clean and tidy.

The landlord would be myself, but I would like to think of us as flatmates (where I fix things, when they break, haha).
