Location
The building itself is in a very convenient location. Elephant and Castle Station (Northern Line, Bakerloo Line, and Thames Link) is a 1-minute walk away. I don’t think it’s controversial to say that E&C is the best connected area of London!

The area
There is a Sainsburys in the complex and a GymBox (tenancy discount offered). There are also lots of great restaurants and cafes in the area - including Pappagone, BoboSocial (where you will have some of the best brunches of your life), and an amazing independent cafe/bar,
Tupi, just outside the complex.

The current tenants
We are two Italian guys - Ergi (a consultant (25)) and Lorenzo (a trader (25)). We are looking for someone to move in by either end of February or end of March to replace our outgoing flatmate (and friend) Giuliano. If you want to live in a cozy yet stunning apartment with friendly and very considerate flatmates, look no further.
We enjoy spending time together whenever we can - whether the occasion is watching a movie together, having pizza at the amazing Pappagone restaurant downstairs, making home made pasta, or simply having a glass of wine after a long week at work. At the same time, we are very conscious and considerate of each other’s private spaces and (sometimes) hectic work life!

Screening
Please, note that the incoming tenant will have to undergo screening by GetLiving. Decision must be made by mid/Feb (or mid-March, depending on the moving in date).
