Pleased to offer this double room in a central zone 1 location of Elephant and Castle. The flat is situated on the Walworth Road which is surrounded by an array of shops and amenities meaning you have everything on your doorstop. Elephant & Castle overground and underground are a 5-10 min walk away with Kennington also being 10 mins walk away. Not only that but we also benefit from multiple bus stops that take you anywhere and everywhere.
The Flat:
Moved into this newly renovated flat in January of this year and unfortunately the current second tenant has been offered a role outside of London meaning he will be moving out of the premises at the end of January.
As well as the flat being completely renovated it has also been fully (newly) furnished by myself. Any tenant moving in would also have access to use everything within the flats shared communal areas. This includes towels, bedsheets, crockery, kitchenware etc. if needed.
The room can have as much or as little of the current furnishings as required, this includes the desk and decor on the walls. This can all be discussed upon viewing.
As well as bills being included I would also not expect things like toilet roll, cleaning products etc to be provided by any potential tenant this would also be included.
A bit about me:
I am a professional outgoing person working between South Kensington and home. I enjoy socialising and would be glad to find a new tenant who would enjoy a catch up every now and then but equally respecting each others space when needed.
I love music, a good documentary, plants and cooking :)
