Description

Hey there! I’m looking for a new flatmate to move into this bright, double En-Suite Room, which is just 8 minutes away from E&C station. The room, which is on the fourth floor of a modern apartment building, is south facing so it's bathed in plenty of natural light. It has its own private bathroom and plenty of storage space.

You'll have access to the private gardens, a roof top and a gym which all form part of the development.

A bit about me: I'm a 32-year-old gay finance professional. I'm friendly and sociable but I do value my own space and I like the flat to be quiet and peaceful. I don't drink or do drugs and would appreciate a flatmate who doesn't have a party lifestyle or hosts frequent socials at home.

I generally work 3 days a week from the office and the rest from home.
