Large double room in Elephant Park

Looking for a new roomate to share my first floor flat in Elephant Park :) the flat has a balcony and access to the inner court, it's right above Sayer Street (lots of restaurants) and within 5 min walk from the E&C tube and Thameslink stations + very well connected via bus routes.

The room is furnished (king size bed, bedside table and mirror wardrobe). We have an onsite gym and concierge and utilities + council tax come in to about ~£200/mth

A bit about me: I work in Switzerland but come back to London almost every weekend (so you get the whole flat to yourself during the week!), and when back I tend to spend most of the time outside meeting friends / gym / going out etc. Happy to hang out or have a chilled night in occasionally though! :)
