Large double room in Elephant Park

Looking for someone to take the second bedroom in my cozy first floor flat in Elephant Park for a few months, with option to extend :) I will be away most of the time travelling.

The flat has a balcony and access to the inner court, it's right above Sayer Street (lots of restaurants) and within 5 min walk from the E&C tube and Thameslink stations + very well connected via bus routes.

The room is furnished (king size bed, bedside table and wardrobe). We have an onsite gym and concierge and utilities + council tax come in to about ~£200/mth per person

You will be sharing with a young professional, it's important to get along but of course also for each to have their private space when needed! :) Looking for someone tidy etc etc. I have a small dog, who will not be in the flat when I'm away.
