The house is very comfortable, and has a garden with barbecue and parking space. It'is located in Elephant & castle, in Kennington, in the center and at the same time in a calm and quiet area. Long term rent preferable, but not essential. There are two tenants and YOU, if you need to know anything, ask. The building is semi-detached, with a vast kitchen/dining, and 2 bathrooms, where you can feel like at your own home, and we are respectul and tidy people, also respecting your space.
