Urgent sublet room in E&C

Hello, I am a graduate at UCL and I am leaving early back in the summer. Therefore, I am looking to sublet my room to preferably a girl, student or professional, friendly and clean. My room is available from 12/7 to 26/8 and viewings can be arranged asap. The flat is on the 2nd floor with elevators, right in the centre of E&C (5 minutes walk from E&C station and 8 minutes from Kennington) with lots of bus stops. The area is safe with many supermarkets and restaurants. There are 4 rooms in the flat but currently, only 2 are occupied. They are all friendly flatmates and we share a kitchen and 1 bathroom plus 1 toilet. The bill and broadband are included.
