Looking for Flatmate to join me, SE1

Hi,

My current flatmate is moving out and I'm looking for someone to join me in my lovely 2-bed on the Old Kent Road.

The double bedroom comes with a bed, some bedside drawers and built in closet. My flatmate currently has in the room an additional wardrobe, clothes rack, and a desk.

There is a good sized living room with a 4 person table, 2 big sofas and a TV. There is then a separate kitchen and a bathroom with shower/bath.

The flat is walking distance from elephant and castle, borough and London Bridge stations. Also by a bus stop that can take you down into SE or up to central/east easily. This is great for feeling safe getting home late at night because a lot of night buses go straight to our door.

I'm a tidy and friendly person to live with. I work in TV so am sometimes away for short periods and split my work between an office/ home.
Would love to live with someone that I can really get on with, that’s sociable and down to earth.

You can walk into Bermondsey in one direction or down through Burgess Park into Peckham/Camberwell.
