Elephant and Castle with two profesionals

Room is available in newly renovated flat in Zone 1 Elephant and Castle. I currently have lived there for the past 3 years and have loved it! Such a great location, and save so much money and you can walk into the city. Its also super easy to see friends and socialise.

We both work in the office 80% of the time. But previously during covid times we have all wfh together and it can work nicely if need be.

The flat is above a chicken shop. The area is really lovely apart from being on the main road. E&C is currently being gentrified and there is so many new trendy restaurants and bars. We also live down the road from a great pub called the spit and sawdust which do a pub quiz every Tuesday.
