Welcoming flat of three near the beautiful Burgess Park looking for a new friendly housemate! Currently we have three girls in our late 20s / early 30s who work within fashion, dance and private health care - so quite a varied bunch. We have a really reasonable landlord and it’s not through an agency. We’ve been told that the room feels bigger than on the photos, and that it doesn’t really do the room justice- god damn zoom out lens!

Looking for someone to move in end of May.

We don’t have a living room however we spend a lot of time on the kitchen and balcony.

We keep the flat clean and tidy, and enjoy occasional evenings together sharing a wine and a natter, as well as chilled evenings in our rooms when we want our space! We love a bit of chilling, cooking, and dancing , and can’t wait to spend sunny days on the balcony or in the park just 5 minutes walk away.

Our flat is an excellent location. There are plenty of bus routes to get around London with a bus stop 5 minutes walk away, and Elephant and Castle station just a 20 minute walk down Walworth Road. Local shops include Morrison’s, Tesco, Lidl and Sainsbury’s and we have coffee shops and cafes in abundance. Multiple gyms including a Gymbox are nearby and permit parking is available outside the flat if needed.

Total bills including council tax amount to around £100 a month dependent on winter time sometimes rise slightly but not much, that’s within the price above. Deposit is £450.
