Modern Double Room w Bathroom - Park Central West

Hi,

We are looking for a young professional to replace our flatmates who will be moving out mid June.

The room available is a spacious, furnished double bedroom with ensuite at our apartment at Park Central West. Furniture in the bedroom includes a double bed (with storage space underneath); a bedside drawer unit; a large wardrobe with hanging space, top shelf and drawers; and a separate chest of drawers.

Large living room that is organised in two areas – TV/seating area with sofas and coffee table + kitchen/dining area with a dining table and chairs.

Large balcony terrace, it's a great chill-out place for the summer but also in general. There is a balcony above, so even when it rains there is a level of protection.

The development has amenities including a gym, cinema room, games room and co-working space that is all available to us for use.

There’s also a terrace with beautiful view of the London skyline as in the picture. There’s also lounge space to hold party’s and get togethers.

There’s a concierge with 24hr reception.

ABOUT US:

I am from Goa in India and have lived in the UK for 15 years. I speak a little Spanish and am passionate about Latin American dance forms, in particular Salsa and Bachata. When I'm not working, you'll usually find me on the dance floor at one of the weekly Latin socials in London. Other than dancing, I enjoy travelling, playing football and follow Formula 1. I’m fairly well-travelled and love trying new cuisines and learning about the world.

Akhil, who is the flatmate that will be staying likes cooking huge meals, movie nights in and going on regular runs and intense gym sessions. He has also picked up salsa (my persistence) and is an avid photographer too.

Emily, generally shares my interests especially when it comes to trying out restaurants and new cuisines. She loves cooking and enjoys going on long walks and hikes. Between us and our friends, we also enjoy boardgames and tend to organise boardgame nights now and again. Be warned though, we can be a bit competitive.

WHO WE WOULD LIKE TO LIVE WITH:

We are a very friendly bunch and enjoy socialising. Honesty and respect are absolutely essential. We are looking for someone who will keep their bedroom and bathroom clean, is respectful and self-sufficient but is open to hanging out too.
