Spare Room in Zone 1 Flat

Hi!

We are looking for a flatmate to move into the second bedroom of our flat in Elephant and Castle.
 
The flat is a quiet two bed flat on the 6th/top floor of our building in Zone 1. It has a high spec kitchen will all utilities, 24 hour concierge, basic residents’ gym, residents’ lounge which can be booked for private events, and roof terrace. Both the room and balcony have excellent views.
 
The flat is 5-10 minute walk from Elephant & Castle tube station. Borough is a 15 minute walk and Bank is a commutable walk.

There are loads of great pubs and restaurants in the nearby Elephant Park and surrounding area with new things opening up all the time.

The rent is £1100 per month plus bills (water, electricity, heating, high-speed broadband, and council tax). The bills work out at around £140 per month and the deposit is 5 weeks rent. I also have a cleaner who normally comes once a week (costing £35 a week which we split three ways).

About Us

We are a couple who have been living in this flat for two and a bit years.

Our current flatmate has lived with us for most of that time and is now moving to Amsterdam for work. We love the local area and would be happy to show you around our favourite pubs and places to eat.
