Spacious double bedroom in a new build flat

Hi, my name is Sebastian and I am leaving the UK for 6 months in October for a sabbatical. I am leaving behind two wonderful flatmates, Victoria and Claire who are keen to replace me with someone pretty special!

A bit about the flat from Claire & Victoria below, we're really looking forward to hearing from you.
We are two young professionals looking for someone to rent a double room in this new build garden flat between Elephant and Castle and Kennington.

The bedroom is a spacious furnished double room (king size bed) with access to it's own private terrace and an ensuite. We'd definitely recommend a viewing to see just how nice a room and flat this is.

The flat is fully furnished to a high standard and is exceptionally comfortable. The living area is modern , there is plenty of space to relax and live. The kitchen is fully fitted with all the appliances you’d expect from a modern home including a dishwasher and a large fridge/freezer.

We both enjoy cooking and have plenty of kitchen equipment that you’ll be able to use. There is a large dining room table that can seat 10, two spacious sofas a widescreen TV for movie nights and superfast Hyperoptic Wifi (aka no buffering ever).

As well as having access to your own private terrace from the bedroom, there is a second private terrace attached to the flat which has a table and chairs and pizza oven that we use in summer. We also have plenty of plants that we like to grow as well.

The bathroom is large with a rainfall style shower and bath, there is also a laundry room with a washer/dryer unit. We also have secure bike storage.

We're both sociable and enjoy all that London has to offer! We work from home occasionally, like to host friends, chat absolute nonsense and other crucial millenial stuff.
