*Mon-Fri lets only* Double bedroom in a 2 bedroom new build flat in Elephant & Castle. Price is for 4 nights/week and inclusive of all bills (Except council tax which should be paid at your permanent address). 3 nights/week also considered pro-rata.

Very close to the station in well connected area. Ideal for someone working in the office in London during the week.

Room is currently furnished with bed, wardrobe and desk but desk can be replaced with more storage space if preferred. You're welcome to leave your things over the weekend if required.

You will be sharing with myself; a quiet but friendly 34 year old male professional working in renewable energy.
