Hi, we have a room available from August, in a great flat in Elephant & Castle.

The flat is in a brilliant Zone 1 location, 10 minutes walk from Elephant & Castle Tube (Northern & Bakerloo lines) and train station (Thameslink), with lots of bus routes nearby too. Despite the central location, we're on a quiet residential street.

The local high street has everything you need, and there are some great pubs, restaurants, markets etc. nearby, plus we're close to Burgess Park which is lovely during the summer.

The flat has a shared bathroom, kitchen and living room, and your bedroom is furnished with a double bed, wardrobe and 2x chests of drawers. It's on the top floor of the building (so no noise from upstairs!).

Rent is around £748 pcm including all bills (although obviously bills can vary).

You'll be sharing with two professional women aged 34 & 35 - Helen is an NHS nurse, and I work in publishing. I normally work from home around 3 days per week (although it varies), while Helen currently works out of the flat 4 days per week.

The flat is normally pretty chilled during weekday evenings, but we're both also out and about quite a lot too - got to make the most of living in central London!

The contract starts on 9th August, but we can be flexible with move in dates if needed.
