Short let - small double in veggie/vegan flat

Hello!

We are Sarah, flatmate (27, she/her, vegan) and Lauren, flat owner (30 she/her, vegan). Welcome to our advert for our girlie flat 💖

2 things you should know: we both regularly dog sit (so please do say now if you're allergic or wouldn't want to live with a dog!)🐕

We also both have friendly, chill boyfriends who occasionally stay over, but we always give our housemates a heads-up. 🤝

We have a double size room available 21st Jan (or sooner if needed) for long term rent in our 3 bed veggie/vegan flat. We live just 200 yards north of Burgess Park, a 15-20 minute walk to Elephant and Castle. There's 10+ bus routes within a 4 minute walk, too.

We hope to find someone who is veggie/vegan, kind and respectful. 💖🍓🌈☕️

About the room:
- Ottoman double size bed (under bed storage), with a nearly-new luxury mattress
- Desk
- Wardrobe
- shared bathroom with shower and bath
- Bills included apart from electricity which is split between 3

The flat has:
- Modern living room & kitchen-diner (including washer-dryer)
- Main bathroom (including bath) + ensuite to the master
- TV and wifi
- Communal yard with bike storage

We are looking for:
- Someone who is veggie or vegan ideally
- Someone our own age, ish
- Laid back and kind, clean but not anal - this is a reflection of how we are in the flat

We are, of course, LGBTQ+ friendly 🌈 We also try to be as eco as possible (ie keen on recycling, using the dryer only when necessary, communal items are usually sustainable, etc).

About Sarah:

Sarah is a Project Manager from Lincolnshire living and working in London. Sarah is active, social and likes to get things done - she even has the toolbox to prove it :D Sarah is vegan and enjoys exploring London's plant-based cuisine (as long as it means not cooking it!)


About Lauren:

Hi! I'm Lauren, I am a veterinary physiotherapist interested in animal behaviour. I love travelling (30+ countries so far!), yoga and seeing friends and family. Vegan food and nutrition are very central in my life and I love sharing food and meals with other people! I have a partner who I spend time with (usually at his!). Getting a small-medium dog is something I am considering.

Transport:
Elephant and Castle 15-20 minute walk or 6 minute bus (Bakerloo line, Northern line, trains: Southeastern; Thameslink)

25 minute walk to London Bridge (Jubilee, Northern, trains: Southern, Southeastern, Thameslink).

Bank is accessible on the bus for the central line.
There are tons of bus options from the end of the road (4 min walk), too.

Included with the room:
Council tax, water, internet

Not included: electricity, approx 80 pounds per month
