Friendly Gay flatshare in Elephant & Castle

Seeking a professional to join us in our home (for an initial 6-month fixed term period). The room is available from the 1st Feb 2025.

Please note: planning viewings this week Friday PM and Saturday (3&4 Jan), and Monday and Tuesday (6th & 7th Jan). We would like to make a decision on the 8th.

You will be joining two gay flatmates, who have become friends but very much open to creating a friendly, respectable and fun home environment. We like the odd night out or just spontaneous wine nights at home, and watching movies and shows together occasionally.

This Band C property and was newly refurbished in Nov 2022 with a high spec large, shared kitchen and living/dining room, with shared bathroom and shower in bath. The room is a double, fully furnished with a double bed, new mattress, and built in cupboard, and 2 sets of chest of draws. Please bring your own desk. Furniture can be removed by request.

We expect the living room to only be used a few days a week for wfh, if required. One tenant does work from home most days a week but in his room.
 
The property is in a quiet location, just off Walworth Road, next to Elephant Park.
 
The support from the management (Yates Estates) company is excellent. I have previously lived in 3 different properties of theirs for 8 years, and they pride themselves in creating homes for professionals, and keeping properties in prime condition.  
 
About Donovan:

I am originally from South Africa, and I am working as a Senior People (HR) leader, usually 4 days at home and one in the office. I am very creative myself and do like the occasional night out dancing, singing and I can be social (love the occasional dinner party!). On balance, I also like my own space, quiet time in my room and sometimes, might practise some singing or piano and love a movie marathon or binge watching a series. I like things to be kept reasonably clean but a cleaner is included as part of the bills, they come twice a month.  

About Daniele

He is works as a Store Manager for reputable brand, and often leaves the house super early. He is originally from Italy, and loves his pizza. He is friendly and sociable, and very easy going, and also likes to keep things reasonably clean. He LOVES doing puzzles, so you would often find him at the dining room table de-stressing from work, doing one.
 
The property was newly refurbished when we moved in and we hope to do viewings very soon. Do get in touch!
