The double room in this two bedroom apartment will be available to rent from 12 October onwards. It is spacious with a lot of natural light, built in wardrobe, and a private balcony. The main bathroom is mostly private for you, as my partner and I usually use the ensuite located in the other bedroom.

The flat is finished to a high-spec with a roomy kitchen / living room area including a lot of natural light, and a large balcony. The building is located off Walworth Road, meaning it is both convenient and quiet, with gated access, bike storage and fobs required for various doors, etc.

You can walk to the City of London in 30 mins; Waterloo and Borough Market in 25 mins; the Shard, London Bridge and Tower Bridge (Tower of London) in 20 mins; and Mercato Metropolitano in 15 mins. Elephant and Castle and Kennington tube stations are both a 9 minute walk, and run on the Northern and Bakerloo lines. There are two supermarkets (Tesco and Morrisons) and a gym within a 3 minute walk.

All bills are included, consisting of internet/wifi, electricity, gas, water, council tax, and a cleaner who comes every fortnight. The flat is fully furnished and equipped with a washing machine, dishwasher, etc.

My partner and I are both professionals, kind and tidy. We are looking for one person who is similar, and who will respect the flat (and its furniture given I own everything in the apartment). Must be a professional, non-smoker and no pets.
