(However as they are regenerating the Elephant & Castle area there is building work at the back during regular hours.)
Extensive bus routes to The West End and The City.. and wherever else you’d want to go, just outside the door.
Same with supermarkets and corner shops. Tesco is on the doorstep. LIDL and ASDA a little walk up the road.
It’s about a 15-20 min walk (5 min on bus) to both Borough and Elephant and Castle where you have high end gyms, Pilates studio, yoga studio, gaming cafés, Mercato Metropolitano, Borough market and other desirable locations.
Plenty of little restaurants near the house too if they take your fancy.
TATE modern is 30 min by foot.
