The room is in a modern 2-bed flat with a large open space living room/kitchen, shared bathroom and private balcony which overlooks the Shard and communal landscaped gardens. The available room comes with a double bed and a built-in double wardrobe, chest of drawers and a desk with a chair.

The flat has all amenities: induction hob, oven, washer/dryer, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, microwave etc. Underfloor heating is throughout the property. Elephant & Castle station and Gymbox are about 3-5 minutes walk away.

A bit about myself: I work in property and I'm usually working from home 1-2 days a week. I'm friendly, sociable and I love a good laugh. The type of housemate I'd like would be easy, tidy and friendly also.

I enjoy hosting and having friends over for drinks and dinners on the weekends (maybe once or twice a month) so I would be looking for someone sociable who'll come join when they feel like it. You're free to do the same also! :)
