Hi, I'm looking for a new flatmate for my flat in E&C (Zone 1).
It's a modern 2-bed flat with a large open space living room/kitchen, shared bathroom and private balcony which overlooks the Shard and communal landscaped gardens. The available room comes with a double bed and a built-in double wardrobe, desk and a chair.
The flat has all amenities: induction hob, oven, washer/dryer, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, microwave etc. Underfloor heating is throughout the property. Elephant & Castle station is about 5 minutes walk away.
A bit about myself: I work in property and I'm usually working from home 1-2 days a week. I'm friendly, sociable, and I love a good laugh. The type of housemate I'd like would be easy, tidy and friendly also.
I enjoy hosting and having friends over for drinks and dinners on the weekends so I would be looking for someone sociable who'll come join when they feel like it. You're free to do the same also! :)
At the moment the Council Tax is £110pp. Water is approximately £20pp a month. Heating is fixed at £24pp a month. Electricity is roughly £20pp. Broadband is £45. These are of course subject to change as usage varies.
