Lovely double room in Elephant & Castle (Dec-Jan)

Hi all,

I will be traveling abroad for just over five weeks in December and January, so I'm looking for someone to sublet my room for those weeks.

December 13 - January 19th

It is a lovely, spacious four-bedroom terraced house in Elephant and Castle. We have a large living room with dining space and a kitchen on the ground floor, two bathrooms on the first floor, and two bedrooms on the second floor and two on the third floor. It is really spread out and spacious.

The kitchen is fully equipped, and you don't need to bring anything. There is a washing machine and a dryer as well. We have a cleaner coming in every other week and super-fast WiFi.

My bedroom faces north and is bright and airy. It has two large wardrobes (that can also be used for storage), a bedside table, and a cabinet. Most of it will be freed up for you. I can leave the plants inside if you'd like to take care of them; otherwise, they will be taken out.

The other three flatmates are all professional males in their 20s and 30s. It's an LGBTQ+ house, so we are looking for someone who will fit in.

I absolutely love this house, and I am sure you will have lots of fun here as well. It's a fairly quiet house, and we don't really party here, but all the guys are very friendly and always up for a chat or some trash TV together.

The location is perfect, very close to trains to everywhere. There is a large Sainsbury's, LIDL, Morrisons, East Street Market, a few gyms, including Gymbox, local pubs, nightclubs, etc. It's a lively area, and the newly developed Elephant Park is just a couple of minutes away.
