Hi I am currently looking for a full-time student to take my room available from now till 30th august 2024. (Extendable)
I have a studio room with private kitchen and bathroom with ample of storage space and all bills included.
There is a skylounge(communal space) on 20th floor as well as concierge and reception.
Sainsbury right below the building
Bus stop is outside the door
Tube is 2 mins walk
Elephant park and multiple restaurants to eat from near by.
Ual is walking distance
Central london and places like harrods self ridges and oxford circus are just 20 mins by train.
Its an official tenancy transfer with the accommodation given that you are a student.
Rent is 465/week (dual occupancy my contract). Please bear in mind the rent has to be paid to the accommodation from the date you move in and contract is signed.
