I'm looking for someone to take over the contract for my 3rd floor studio room at Dashwood Studios Student Accommodation in Elephant and Castle. The room features a small double bed, kitchenette, an en-suite with shower, underbed storage and large wardrobe.
Empty, clean and available now.
- £384/week equivalent (all utility bills/broadband included).
- Located in central Elephant and Castle with many bus links to
the rest of the city
- Tube station is a 2 minute walk away
- Building has 24 hour security, a study room and laundry
room
- Friendly, helpful reception staff.
- Contract ends 31st August.
- Students only. Any kind of education. Close to LCC, KIng's College, LSE, anywhere close to the river. UCL only 25 mins on Northern Line.
Takeover must be actioned by contacting me direct, please, in the first instance. Once I have passed on your name, all administration will be done direct with Dashwood. Viewing by arrangement, available 8.15am to 4pm weekdays. (Later sometimes)
