Double Room in Shared 2 Bed - Elephant and Castle

Hi, we’re a couple renting a two bed flat near Elephant and Castle looking for someone to fill our other room. We love gigs, cooking, board games and camping. Rent is £900pcm and bills average between £100-£150pcm. The flat has two bathrooms (one with a bath/shower) and a combined pretty spacious kitchen/lounge. Ideally we would like a 25-45 professional or mature student (provided you pay council tax) and the more plants you have the better!

If you’re hybrid or work from home that’s cool, there’s space for a small desk in the room but we ask that you don’t work from the kitchen/lounge cause that’s our shared chill out area.

We’ve put a lot of work into making it nice and cozy so we’re looking for someone who also needs their living space to be really clean and tidy. We will want to share both the everyday cleaning stuff as well as deeper cleans / maintenance.

We have a spare bed frame but no mattress.
