Hi there, I'm Vanessa, and I'm offering a room for rent in my apartment.

The apartment features two bathrooms, with the main one conveniently located next to the available room. While we don't have a living room, we do have a cozy kitchen where you're welcome to cook and join us for a coffee if you'd like😊
The room is fully furnished, as shown in the photo.

We're a quiet household, often busy with work, and we value our peace and tranquility at home. Hence, we're looking for a like-minded female/male roommate who shares our preference for a serene living environment.
You will be living with only two girls my flatmate and myself.

About the neighborhood: East Street is an excellent area. You have a Morrisons and an Iceland just a 3-minute walk away. There's a THE GYM within a 5-minute walk and a PureGym just 3 bus stops away. Additionally, we have one of London's most famous markets, East Street Market, just a 2-minute walk from the house, as well as many restaurants nearby.
Elephant and castle station is 8 minutes away by walk.
