We're seeking a couple or individual to join our social household in Walworth, offering a double room with ensuite and shared living space, including roof terrace.

About the flat —
We have a lovely three bed penthouse flat with a spacious and bright open plan kitchen/dining/living room upstairs and a beautiful private roof terrace looking across London. We take pride in the flat and enjoy a nice tidy space.
We've loads on our doorstep with a variety of supermarkets on the Walworth road. Were only 10 mins to Kennington or Elephant and Castle station. Camberwell is only 10-15mins up the road, Peckham a bit further on.

Burgess and Kennington parks are a walk away.

Rent for the room is £1400, the deposit is £1015 and bills on average come to about £100 a month. Council Tax Band D.

About us —
Archie is moving out leaving me (Gabs) and Evie, 32 & 30 respectively. Flatmates for two years and now good friends. We get on really well, we have a good laugh together, have tasty vino when we can and ponce each other's food every now and then. We enjoy a social household.

The room —
An ensuite sized double room, with a king size bed, built in wardrobe and of course its own bathroom. It's a lovely, clean and bright space with great windows!

We're looking for —
A couple or individual that wants more than just a room to sleep in. We want people to integrate and become mates with. Easy going, social, clean and respectful.
