Double room available in Elephant & Castle

I have a double room available in Elephant and Castle. It’s in a fantastic location, 7 minutes walk to Elephant and Castle train and tube stations, 10 minutes walk to Kennington tube station with great bus links and conveniently situated near all amenities.

The flat is on the top floor on the building and has a balcony with a good view. It’s a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom with an open plan living room, dining area and kitchen. The available room is furnished with its bathroom next to the bedroom.

I am a working professional and vary between working from home and going into the office - with working from office most days to be honest. I like to listen to music, keep healthy, sports and generally like a good balance.

My current flat mate is in the process of relocating to a different country so I am assisting with finding a replacement and with the relocation dates still TBD, move in date is flexible.
