Description
Hello,
Unfortunately, my housemate/friend has gotten an unexpected job offer and is moving back to Italy.
I love the flat and would hate to lose it and am scrambling to look for someone to take the room which will be available from mid June.
Please note that although the contact is for a year, the price advertised is for first six months only as my housemate will be contributing to the rent and bills due to the last minute nature of contract change.
After January, the rent includ. bills will be circa £1400.
There will be no obligation to stay beyond 6 months.
Confusing, I know but please get in touch if you have any questions or need clarification
Having said that, is a lovely and very bright, fully furnished flat in a great location! It is a brand new flat (built to rent) walking distance to Elephant & Castle (15 minutes), Bermondsey Street (20 mins) and London Bridge 30 minutes).
The flat has two bathrooms so you will have one to yourself albeit it's not an en-suite.
Prior to me moving in, the flat had never been lived in and all the whitegoods are brand new.
There are two lifts in the block, secure cycle storage, good sized balcony and a communal roof terrace with fantastic 360 views of London.
WARNING: Most of us have done some random things during the pandemic and I adopted two well behaved, shy cats so you will be sharing the flat with them as well. Therefore, you need to like animals and of course not be allergic.
I’m a middle aged (oh yes, it waits for us all!) in full time employment, architect by profession (for my sins), but recently jumped ship and joined the public sector to try and redeem myslef.
I’ve lived in London for the past 15 years and U. K. most of my adult life but originally from Belgrade, Serbia.
My party days are not over but definitely mostly behind me so this is a quiet, clean home. I'm therefore looking for a professional, someone who is social but not a party animal.
As a built to rent company, the landlord will require reference checks. It’s all automated and relatively quick and painless but they do require a minimum annual salary of £37,500 for each tenant.
If you'd like to know more about the flat, myself or the cats please do get in touch.
Thanks.
Željka
