I’m looking for a working professional, female, room mate to join me in renewing the lease for the bigger room of the two bed.

The flat is located just off of Bricklayers Arms round about, on the Bermondsey / Walworth cusp.

It’s just over a 10 min walk to both Elephant & Castle and Borough stations. (And Mercato Metropolitano!🤩)

I have benefited from living in this location greatly over the past two years, the city is very walkable from here (25 min walk to bank). So you never have to miss anything due to a train strike!

Here’s a rundown of the renewal terms I have already agreed with the agent:

- £2050pcm is the total rent, so this is £1025 pcm between both of us (bills excluded, approx £190 additional)
- 12th July (renewal contract start date)
- 24 months
- 12 month break clause

You must be:

- a female (ideally between 24- 35 years old)
- working professional with a signed employment contract in the UK
- earning £30,000 per annum or over to meet the affordability criteria for references
- respectful and communicative about guests please

A bit about me:

im 25 yrs old female, from Brentwood in Essex (have been a Londoner for the last three years though!) I’m a working professional, in the office 5 days a week so you’ll hardly see me! I’m very sociable, love to go out for food and drinks frequently. I would love to have a housemate that would like to be friends. I absolutely love to get lime bikes around the city, just under 10 mins to Bank/Cannon street such a fun way to get around. I’m clean and respectful, if I ever wish to have visitors I’ll run this past you first as we’re sharing a flat, not a house
