The Flat | Top-floor apartment in a secure gated building with spacious living room with two sofas, dining table and TV. There is a fully fitted kitchen with breakfast bar and the flat benefits of a balcony + access to a shared roof terrace
The Room | The room is a double bedroom, which includes double bed, large wardrobe, drawers, bedside table and its private bathroom inclusive of shower
Location | The flat is located 15-20 mins to Elephant & Castle tube station, 10 mins walk from Burgess Park and the areas befits from great local cafés, shops and bus links
The flatmate | You’ll be living with Davi, a friendly and chilled Dutch underwriter, biggest fan I have ever met of Max Verstappen (you may guess it from the giant RBR lego he brought to the house :) ).
Bills | Approx. £180pp/month (Council Tax, broadband, water, energy) with minimal seasonal variability
Davi is looking for a working professional who appreciates a clean and relaxed home.
MUST BE ABLE TO PASS REFERENCES - in full time employment, receiving a pay slips each month, their monthly salary will cover the rent, if any savings it needs to be in a UK bank account and if they need a guarantor it needs to be a UK-based guarantor.
