We’re looking for someone to take over a lovely double room with a private en-suite in our bright, cosy flat just a 10-minute walk from Elephant & Castle Underground.

• Contract is flexible: begin with 6 months, renew if you want to stay longer

👥 Housemates:
You’ll be living with two siblings (1 male, 1 female) in their mid–late 20s.
We’re friendly, tidy, chilled, and considerate of each other’s space.

🌿 Who We’re Looking For:
• Full-time professional who works in the office most days (not WFH)
• Kind, respectful, considerate person with nice energy
• Someone clean and happy to park-take in household chores
• Someone who isn’t planning to have lots of people over
• No students and no couples, sorry
• Must be comfortable living with two siblings

• Area is well-lit, safe and lively
• Less than 10 minutes to Lidl and Sainsbury’s
