We are Marica 32y italian who works as hairdresser, Adrian 29y Spanish who works in hospitality and a lovely 1y old cat named Lola.
We are looking for a flatmate,, in they mid-late 20s to fill a room as our third flatmate is moving out.
The flat is 10 min walk to Elephant and castle station 5min walk to Morrison
5min walk to Poundland
We'are looking for someone friendly, fun, CLEAN and TIDY, laid back that is social and also independent, who wants the place to feel like home.
We keep things pretty clean and tidy and is definitely NOT A PARTY HOUSE.

Room comes with a double bed ,single wardrobe and desk.
Move in date is 1st of June. The contract will end on the 29th of September, and it be extended for the next year.
