Flat Amenities:
Our flat is equipped with all the necessary amenities, including a washing machine, dryer, and dishwasher. We have great shared spaces, particularly a fantastic 14sqm roof terrace.
Flatmates:
You’ll be sharing the flat with Kostas (he/him) and Andrea (he/him). Both are super friendly, always open to talk, and enjoy having a nice time together. You’ll surely find new friends if you move here.
Rent and Bills:
The rent is £1270 per month, with an additional £150 to cover all bills, including council tax, Wi-Fi, and a cleaning lady who comes once a month.
Transport Connectivity:
The flat boasts excellent transport connectivity. Elephant and Castle underground station is just a 10-minute walk away, and there are numerous buses that make it easy to get anywhere in the city.
Nearby Amenities:
You’ll find many shops around, including a big Sainsbury's just a 5-minute walk away. There are also various gyms such as Gymbox, yoga studios, and more.
