Double room in bright and spacious flat

Hello!

I’m leaving this amazing flat as I moving back to Italy.

i am looking for someone to take the room which will be available from mid June.

It is a very bright, fully furnished double bedroom in a brand new flat (built to rent) walking distance to Elephant & Castle (15 minutes), Bermondsey Street (20 mins) and London Bridge 30 minutes).

The flat has two bathrooms so you will have one to yourself.

There are two lifts in the block, secure cycle storage, good sized balcony and a communal roof terrace with fantastic 360 views of London.

You will be sharing the flat with my lovely flatmate and good friend Zeljka and her two well behaved cats therefore you need to like animals and of course not be allergic.

Zeljka is the he most lovely human, funny, kind and quiet so we are looking for a professional, someone who is social but not a party animal.

The Landlord is a built to rent company and they will require reference checks. It’s all automated and relatively quick and painless but they do require a minimum annual salary of £37,500 for each tenant.
