My housemate is a 28-year-old software engineer, works from home sometimes. Enjoys music, gaming, parks, sports, and TV. I am now looking for someone to replace my contract as I am moving out of London. He will live in one of the two bedrooms, and we are giving the new tenant the option to chose which room they would prefer. We're looking for someone clean, sociable but also respect space etc.
