Looking for a flatmate in a lovely 2 bedroom!

I’m looking for one other person to join me in this lovely two bed two bath apartment in the heart of Elephant and castle. The room available is an ensuite double room with access to a front lawn and shared living space. The apartment comes with a gym, cinema room and communal living space. There’s easy access to E and C overground (2mins walk) and underground station (5 mins walk). The area is always bustling with lots of pubs and restaurants adjoining elephant park.
The room is available for a minimum of eight months, however my room may become vacant by the end of this year. I’m looking for someone who is neat, tidy and respectful of each other’s space. I work full time in healthcare. Given the strenuous work hours I blow off steam by hosting game nights at home occasionally and travelling. That being said I also enjoy having quiet nights in.
