Double room zone 1 bills and cleaner included

Double room for rent in large three bed house (only one other occupant - me). All bills and weekly cleaner included.

I am in the process of selling the house, so looking for short term rents while the process plays out. Could be anywhere from 3-6+ months.

The house has two separate living rooms, large kitchen, patio area and two separate roof terraces. Two bathrooms, one with a bath and one with a shower. Separate office - I work from home 4 days a week.

My amazing cleaner comes once a week and cleans, changes bedding etc., and all bills are included in the rent.

The house is 2 mins from Elephant station, 10 minute walk to Waterloo or Borough Market, and 10 minutes on a bike into Covent Garden or the City.

I have two dogs, both small and incredibly friendly, so someone who likes dogs is a must.

Ideally looking for a sober flatmate, but not essential. I’m a lawyer, enjoy spending time with friends and my dogs.
