Double room to rent in a clean, 2 bedroom duplex apartment in a new built development. The room is furnished (double bed, built in wardrobes, chest of drawers, bedside tables, desk). It also comes with a private bathroom with a spacious shower. There is plenty of storage in the flat, large courtyard patio, secure bike storage and a parking space in an underground car park, if needed. Kitchen/ living area has a sofa, tv, table and chairs, washing machine, dishwasher, vacuum cleaner etc. My crazy party times are over so I’m looking for someone similar - with own life but also happy to share a chat or a bottle of wine in the evening.
