Description
Room available from 1st August 2024.
Shared flat with three bedrooms, living room and separate kitchen, one bathroom and a separate toilet plus a private garden and permit parking out front.
The flat has a nice, homely vibe - I have lived here for three years and really enjoyed my time here but have now bought my own place so I am moving out.
The two remaining housemates are nice chill people, both professionals who do a mixture of working from home and going into the office. They enjoy socialising in the flat but are also happy to give people space. We cook and eat together at times and certainly make use of the garden for BBQs when the weather allows. They like cooking, sports, climbing/gym, reading, science and computing, cycling, music, cinema, photography, and travelling.
It's not a party flat as we are all a bit too old for that but friends and partners are welcome.
Bills (incl. Internet) come to around £80-100 per month (council tax is band C)
The landlord is responsive and has always come out to do work or fix/replace things when asked.
The flat is managed by foxtons and they will want to do checks so this is really only suitable for someone with a steady provable income.
The person we're looking for is friendly, open minded and someone with experience of flat sharing who understands the balance between being sociable and respecting other flatmates' boundaries.
