Newly redecorated Big bright room in furnished flat, on top floor, for a single person.
Great view plenty of sunlight even in winter

The flat is located next to Elephant and castle tube stations: We are in between the bakerloo line and LSBU on one side and the Northern line and London College of Communication on the other side.
3 mn walk max to reach any of the above places.

WiFi and all bills included, (but if bills overshoots the average in winter, you will be asked to contribute.
So far that's never happened ).

We are already 2 people living in the flat a 26yo Korean graduate woman and myself, 55 yo man.

I am not home often (as I spend most of my time away, with my wife and 2 kids).

We are looking for another lodger, someone quiet, tidy, independent and respectful.
Ideally a student

The room is divided in 2 " zones", a sleeping area with a king size bed and loads of stowages + a living area with a brand new sofa, foldable desk, bookshelves and a TV.

We share the kitchen ( all mod cons) and bathroom + separate toilet.
