My current flatmate is leaving at the end of August and her room is becoming available from beginning of September.
You’d be sharing a flat with one other person (myself) in Elephant & Castle. The flat is a 2 min walk to Northern and Bakerloo lines, 15 min walk to London Bridge station and 30 minute walk to Bank station. There are also great bus connection links to make it to the City, Victoria, Shoreditch, Euston and King’s Cross Station. There is a Sainsbury’s within a 5 min walk and a Tesco within a 10 min walk.
The apartment is in a building with a 24h concierge and has a gym, swimming pool and outdoor area. Bills are not included.
A bit about myself: my name is Carlota, I’m 22 and originally Spanish, but have been living in the UK for almost 5 years now! I love reading, watching movies, going out for a drink or some food and going to the gym. I’m a clean flatmate and don’t usually have people over. I’m looking for someone who has a similar vibe but who’s a good flatmate but would also like to be friends and enjoy the ocasional drink together!
