A lovely south-facing room in a three-bedroom flat, located just 10 minutes walk away from both Elephant & Castle (Bakerloo, Northern, Railway) Station and Kennington (Northern) station.

Spacious shared living room, with additional home office on the lower floor, and a kitchen with full-sized fridge and laundry machine. The room itself is fully furnished, with a wardrobe, chest of drawers, and queen-sized double bed.

The flatmates you will be living with are both working in hospitality, so some late nights for both, but the flat is relatively soundproof, so daytime professionals can sleep undisturbed.

Bills (water, energy, broadband, and council tax for the non-students) come to around £160 on top of rent.

The landlord is really laid back (all correspondence goes through an agency) and there is the opportunity to stay for an additional six months, since they will be looking to sell the property around April 2025, and my current flatmates are in all likelihood going to renew the lease for a further six months.

Really close (like 5 mins) from Walworth Road, with its multitude of restaurants and the big Morrisons, and a 20 minute walk to a big Sainsbury's and big Lidl - really good area for parks as well, since it's a 15 minute walk to Burgess Park and Kennington Park, with plenty of smaller parks and green spaces even closer.

The subletting process would need you to pass some referencing checks, as the tenancy would be transferred to you, but I'll pay the admin fees :)
