Buddying up. Room with pool, gym and steam room

Hello! I am looking for a flatmate to share a 2 bedroom, 1 bath house with. I already live in the area (elephant and castle in a great building!) and want to remain here, but have to move from where I am now. The flat is a 2bed, 1bath, great London views, floor to ceiling windows throughout the whole flat, balcony that goes around the living room and both rooms and the building has incredible facilities - 24h concierge, residents gym, pool, steam room and more! The room is unfurnished (with built in wardrobe), decent size. I have no preference on age or gender. The house is available to move in on the 31st of August, the room costs £1150 pcm plus bills and it’s a one year contract (all agency managed). I am a bar manger, happy, clean, very private and chill and am looking for someone to share a good vibes home with. I’m a smoker, in my own space if it’s an issue, but the house is very well ventilated, and I have two furry babies, two bunnies, that almost have a better wardrobe than me and live in their own space in the living room.
