Looking for someone from the 1st of Jan until the 8th of February 850 per month.
No couples, pets or smokers.

Looking for a friendly professional or student, that has a 9-5 preferably (I work from home and it might be a bit much for both of us).

The flat has a nice quite large living room with a big table for game night or hiding dinners with friends. A sofa bed for hosting. Quiet street, with loads of natural light in a nice neighbourhood.

The room is a small double, has mostly a double bed, wardrobe and a bed side table, no space for a desk. There are only 2 bedrooms in the flat, so you share the space just with 1 other person.

Shopping:
Lidl, Tesco & Sainsbury's within walking distance.

Travel:
Bakerloo & Northern lines from elephant & castle a really nice 13 min walk from the station. A billion bus options (this is very central) and London bridge is walking distance too (20min walk).

A separate kitchen with basic amenities.
Shower works well with good water pressure

The sadly roommate is leaving after staying here for 2 years (because he got a nice job abroad)

The flat is managed by a nice agency called Daniel Cobb they are surprisingly really friendly, helpful and actually get stuff done very quickly when needed. Proof of income & references needed.
