Due to a sudden change in circumstance, I am needing to move out of this wonderful place and leave behind my great roommates by the end of this month.

The Flat - 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, shared kitchen and living room with 2 of the 3 bedrooms having direct access to the patio and communal gardens.

The Room - Comes furnished with a double bed, cupboard, 2 bedside tables and a second drawer for clothes. The room also have an ensuite and access to the patio which makes the place feel even larger than it already is.

The Roommates - 2 guys both in the early/mid 20s who are both professionals and love to chat.

The Building - New build, with communal gardens, free 24 hr gym, 2 lounge/study areas for when you want a change in scenery, and 24hr building concierge. Many major bus lines within a 5 minute walk, along with the Elephant and Castle tube and above ground station within 5 minute walk.
