The Room – A spacious king-size bedroom with plenty of storage including a large wardrobe, set of drawers and bedside table. You will also have your own ensuite.
The Flat – 3rd floor of a gated block of flats with bike shed and parking. Decent sized fully-equipped kitchen. Breakfast bar connects the kitchen and living area.
Homely living room with plenty of sofa space, a large tv and coffee table. Dining area with table seating up to 6.
Small private balcony, and a shared roof terrace, with views towards the City and Houses of Parliament.
Rent for the room is £1,100 pcm. Bills are approx. £170pp per month (Council tax band C, broadband, energy/water) and split 50/50.
Location – The flat is in a great, well-connected area. 10 minute walk to Elephant & Castle Station and 15 minutes to Kennington. Several nearby bus stops.
Flat is just off Walworth Road where there are plenty of shops, supermarkets, cafés (Saint Louie is 2 minutes walk) and restaurants.
The lovely Burgess Park is 10 minutes away. Elephant Park is also not far away.
Massimiliano is staying in the flat, and he's really chill. He's looking for someone who wants to live in a relaxed space and values cleanliness.
