I’m looking for someone to take over my lease at the Hurlock Heights building in Elephant & Castle (SE171GE). The start date is 10/10/2024 and the end date of the contract is Nov 2025. You can extend the lease.

• Other handy bits include a washer/dryer, dishwasher, balcony for those coffee mornings or late-night city gazing, a microwave, a decently spacious bathroom, and a lounge area in the building and relax.

Honestly, I’m only looking to move because I’ve decided to share a space with a friend. I’ve really grown fond of this area and the studio. Hoping to find someone who’ll appreciate it as much as I have!
