New Housemate for our SE London Home :)

Hey! We’re looking for a new housemate to join our home in Elephant & Castle. You’d be sharing with Kaz (she/her, gay), Roberto (NB/queer), and Alex (gay). As a house, we’re super social and love spending time together—whether it’s going out, watching trash TV, or hitting up gigs—so we’re looking for someone who's happy to socialise.

Kaz is Irish, works in marketing, and organises gigs in her spare time. Alex, from Birmingham, works in retail and is also an actor. Roberto is French/Mexican, works in retail as well, and is an amazing makeup artist. We’re hoping to find someone who will fit nicely into our little family and help make the house feel like a home.

The room is an absolute steal at £604 a month, with bills around £90. The landlord hasn’t raised the price in years, so we’re not expecting any surprises. It’s a 4-bed house with 3 bathrooms and a good-sized garden. The available room is a double on the top floor, next to Roberto’s room, which is a treat. There’s a step-in closet for storage. The current tenant was only there short-term, so they didn’t do much with the room, but it has the potential to be super cute. The landlord is also planning to repaint it soon.

The house is about an 8-minute walk from Elephant & Castle tube station, with lots of buses nearby and both a Sainsbury’s and Lidl within a 5-minute walk. There are also some amazing Colombian coffee spots in the area.
