Our bright and cosy apartment has a room available right before the renewal of our lease. Hend (33yo) and I (Claire, 28yo) are looking for a 3rd flatmate to join us in this nice/clean&new/ and safe space to come home to from work.

Building free access to : co-working space, event space/kitchen & gym
📍 Elephant&Castle tube station (zone 1): 3min walk (completely renewed street with coffees and restaurant)
(Northen and Bakerloo lines + multiple buses + Trains)
💷 1,462 excluding bills (which is at about 150, variation depending on summer and winter, we pay for what we use). Rent split calculator has been used.

About us: we’ve met a year ago from common friends and are hoping to find a 3rd flatmate to join our vibe.
We work quite a lot and are hoping to comeback home to a safe environment, for a glass of wine in the balcony together, board games, or a night out a nice restaurant/theatre/comedy club (and so on) together while understanding each others space has it’s been the case for the past year.
Both going to the gym when we can (pretty cool given there is one within the building for tenants only), reformer pilates (2min walk) and basketball for me - a gym buddy will be welcome to join!
To ensure the financial checks and contract are completed on time, we are looking at finding someone in the next week or so (2 max), so please reach out to have a chat, visit the flat and see if we could get along 😊
