I’m looking for someone to take over my room in a lovely two-bedroom house. The flat features a large living room, a recently refurbished kitchen, and a shower/toilet. There's also a beautiful oasis garden, thoughtfully created by my flatmate—perfect for relaxing.
About the Flatmate:
* Friendly and bubbly and will do her best to make you feel welcome and home.
* Has two beautiful cats, so cat lovers are a must!
* Appreciates a tidy, clean, and considerate flatmate who enjoys a peaceful environment.
Details:
* Rent: £1,200 per month (bills not included)
* Deposit: £1442.30
* Council Tax: Approx. £175 (split between two people)
* Internet: £25 per month
* Utilities: water bill 27£ i will update the rest.
These bills are a total and would be divided by two people.
Location:
* The area is safe and well-connected.
* Multiple frequent buses provide easy access to different parts of central London.
Move-In Date: Ideally early October, but there is flexibility for the right person.
The agency would expect the new tenants annual income to be £37,500. If not then you would need a uk guarantor earning a minimum of £50,000 or pay in advance.
